The Brand New Nolita Playa, is located just on the heart of the North famous 5th avenue in Playa del Carmen Quintana Roo, also know as the “New Quinta” on the corner between 5th Avenue and 24th Street.

A larger plunge pool is available for all the other Guests as well. You can rent Nolita at Fifth as a One Bedroom or as a Two Bedrooms or make combinations for larger groups.
